Privacy Policy

This document explains what data the sanufi-dent.md website collects, why it is needed and what you can do about it. We process personal data in accordance with Law No. 133 of 8 July 2011 of the Republic of Moldova on the protection of personal data.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is SRL SANUFI-MED, the Sanufi-Dent dental clinic.

2. What data we collect
Through the booking form you give us your name, phone number and, if you tick them, the services you are interested in. The form has no other fields — we do not ask for your address, date of birth, identity document details or health information.
In addition, the hosting provider automatically records technical request data: IP address, browser type and time of access. These are standard web server logs, needed to run and secure the site.
3. Why we use this data
Only to contact you about the request you submitted and to agree on an appointment time.
We do not use your contact details for marketing campaigns, we do not share them for advertising purposes and we do not profile you automatically.
4. Legal basis
The basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the relevant box in the booking form (Article 5 of Law No. 133/2011).
Consent is voluntary. You may skip the form and simply call us — in that case the website processes no data at all.
5. What happens when you submit the form
The submit button does not send your data to our server. It opens WhatsApp with the request text already prepared — you send the message yourself, manually.
This means your message travels through WhatsApp's servers (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, just call us — the result is the same.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Only clinic staff who handle appointments have access to requests.
The following services are involved in running the site: Cloudflare — hosting and protection; WhatsApp (Meta) — if you send a request through the form; OpenStreetMap — the map on the contacts page, which sees your IP address when it loads.
7. How long we keep data
We keep correspondence about a request for no longer than 12 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted, unless you have become a patient of the clinic.
Patient medical records are kept separately and under different rules, for the periods set by healthcare legislation. This policy covers only data collected through the website.
8. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no cookies and includes no web analytics or advertising trackers.
Your browser stores a single value — the interface language you chose, so that we do not ask again on every visit. It stays on your device only, contains no personal data and is removed together with site data in your browser settings.
9. Your rights
Under Law No. 133/2011 you have the right to be informed about your data, to request its correction, blocking or deletion, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time.

10. Security
The site runs over the secure HTTPS protocol. Access to patient contact details inside the clinic is limited to staff who need it for scheduling appointments.
11. Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes, we will update this document and change the date at the top. The current version is always available at sanufi-dent.md/privacy.
